Steve HintonSteve Hinton, a fixture in the world of warbirds, has performed at airshows around the world for around 35 years in 150 different types of aircraft. His restoration company has restored more than 40 warbirds to pristine flying condition. He has been President of the Planes of Fame Air Museum since 1994, is a founding member of the Motion Picture Pilots Assoc., civilian pilot with the USAF Heritage Flight; World Speed Record holder, and Reno Air Race Champion. He has more than 7,000 hours flying WWII fighters.


Hours of operation

The Museum is currently on Summer hours. We're open Wednesday - Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM)

Special Offer!

On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the "MaxFlight Special" includes one adult admission and one MaxFlight Simulator ticket, an $18 value, for $12 (Children’s MaxFlight Special is $8, normally a $14 value. All riders must be at least 48 inches).
